Why the Luton costs more: unlike standard curved panel vans where furniture has to be awkwardly angled, our 3.5t Luton box vans give you a genuine square box profile at 2100mm vertical height. Your crew can stack items vertically and securely lock them in with cargo straps — directly reducing the risk of transit damage. That’s the difference between a van and a white-glove move.

Good to know before you book
The Charging Window
Billing starts precisely when the crew arrives at your pickup address and ends when the final item is unloaded at your destination.
The Fuel Radius
The hourly rate includes up to 10 miles of total travel between pickup and drop-off. Any distance beyond 10 miles is billed at a transparent £1.50 per mile.
Stairs & Access
Ground floor access or working lifts incur zero extra fees. Manual carries up stairs without a lift are subject to a £15 per flight surcharge.
Parking & Permits
Any local parking permits, suspension fees or unavoidable toll charges are the customer’s responsibility and added to the final invoice.
Securing your slot: a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date and crew at the time of booking, with the balance due on completion. Every job is fully insured (Goods-in-Transit & Public Liability).
